My autoDNA account

After you have selected the products available for the VIN you provided which you would like to purchase, please click the “Pay now” button at the bottom of the page. An autoDNA log in window will appear.

Please tick ”I am a new customer”, provide your e-mail address and create a password. Please make sure you have read and understood the displayed terms and conditions.

Please click “Continue” and your autoDNA.com account will be created.

You can reset an autoDNA password by clicking the drop-down list in the top right corner of the page. There is a “Forgot your password?” button available below “Sign in with Google”; please click it and follow the instructions you will see.

A new password will be sent to the provided e-mail address.

You can view the report on-line for up to 60 days since purchase. In order to access it, please log in to autoDNA.com using the e-mail address provided during registration. Please choose the icon you will see in the top right corner of the screen. The report is available on-line in “My reports".

You can also use the on-line report to generate the PDF again.
